As a fellow growth nerd (and a fellow Ben) I just want to say I think you've both done an amazing job at distilling the complexity of the activation puzzle down into actionable guidance by focusing on the onboarding piece only here. Obviously the activation journey as a whole has to be backed by strongly correlated qual/quant data, but you can start onboarding users NOW even if you only have assumptions and hypothesis to start. (This is coming from someone who has studied Reforge for the better part of a year and got lost every. single. time. in the analysis portion). Well done!
