GEEK OUT

The Product-Led Geek SuperMe

Ever wanted to pick my brain on product or growth but weren’t in a position to work with me? Now you don’t have to wait - because I’ve cloned myself (sort of).

I’ve partnered with Casey Winters’ new company, SuperMe, to launch my own AI profile: an always-on, always-direct Ben Williams “Product-Led Geek” bot.

You can ask my SuperMe anything about product, growth, developer tools, or any topic I actually care about and it’ll give you answers rooted in all the stuff I’ve published, talked about, or obsessed over for the past decade.

You can chat using text or voice.

It’ll pull together my takes from newsletters, podcasts, conference talks, and interviews, and cite where the ideas come from so that you can dig deeper if you want.

How does it work?

Type a question or start talking about any real-world product/growth challenge you’re wrestling with. My AI will respond with insights pulled from my actual work and thinking - not just generic platitudes. If you use the voice feature, you’ll get more back-and-forth and brainstorming, just like you would in a real call with me.

What’s different about it?

It’s not a yes-man. It’s direct, opinionated, and grounded in how I approach real-world problems. If you want an echo chamber, look elsewhere. If you want my take (even if it’s occasionally blunt), give it a try.

This is an early preview for newsletter subscribers only.

I’m not posting this more widely yet. I want you to have the chance to try it first, see what you think, and tell me where it’s useful (and where less so!).

All feedback, honest or brutal, is welcome.

If you hit any bugs or the AI says something dumb, let me know or reach out to the SuperMe team ([email protected]).

Here are a few things you could try asking:

  • What are the characteristics of a great growth loop?

  • How should we get started with our Product-Led Sales initiative?

  • What does a great growth model look like?

  • What’s the biggest PLG mistake you see founders make?

  • Tell me about some the Snyk growth loops. What made them work so well?

Give it a go. Would love to hear what you think. 🙌
