Hey folks! 👋

After 2.5 years of weekly issues, it’s time for me to rebalance.

Shipping every week has been great for discipline, but it taxes the same hours I need for product work.

So, I’m shifting to a new cadence of monthly growth essays while I focus on building and growing DevTune.

What this means for you:

• Cadence: ~1 post per month (still on a weekday, still actionable).

• Content: More in-depth essays: playbooks, models, opinions, and from the trenches lessons.

• Signal > noise: Fewer emails, higher density.

Why now?

DevTune is starting to get real pull from dev-tool teams.

To do it justice I need more uninterrupted build time.

The flip side of this is that I’ll be aiming to share more from my lived experience building in this space.

If monthly isn’t right for you, no hard feelings.

If it is, you’ll get tighter thinking, fewer words, more proof.
